Senior UI/UX Designer (Enterprise Products)

About You You are a Senior UX/UI Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences for complex enterprise applications. You thrive leading the end-to-end design process, from discovery and research to high-fidelity designs and engineering handoff, while balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. You enjoy collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to transform complex workflows into simple, scalable, and engaging experiences. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously while driving design excellence across the entire product lifecycle. Note: This is a 6-month temporary contract with the possibility of extension. You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies: Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field is desired, or equivalent professional experience. 6+ years of professional experience designing enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or complex digital products. Proven experience independently leading end-to-end UX/UI design projects. Strong expertise in information architecture, interaction design, user flows, wireframing, and systems thinking. Advanced proficiency with Figma, including prototyping, component libraries, and design systems.
