You know the daily routine of a pharmacy firsthand and enjoy teaching others? Then you've come to the right place. To ensure our customers can fully unlock the potential of ApoTune, we are looking for reinforcement: someone who speaks the language of the pharmacy and conveys software in an understandable and enthusiastic way. Tasks You train pharmacy teams and owners online in using ApoTune, from initial setup to advanced features. You guide new customers during onboarding and serve as their point of contact for all application-related questions. You further develop training content, manuals, and explanatory materials to ensure knowledge is retained effectively. You design content and guides to train our own AI assistants, ensuring our customers receive competent 24/7 support. You represent ApoTune at trade fairs and events, present our solutions, and show inquisitive visitors live what is possible. You pass on practical feedback to our product team, helping to make ApoTune even better. Qualifications Ideally, you have completed training as a pharmacy technician (PTA/PKA) or bring equivalent experience from the pharmacy environment.
