Senior Product Manager, Servicing

We are seeking a strategic, outcome-oriented Senior Product Manager, Servicing to lead the vision, strategy, and evolution of our Servicing product domain. This is a virtual position, ideal candidate lives in Minnesota. This leader will be responsible for transforming how customers, distribution partners, and colleagues manage insurance relationships throughout the policy lifecycle. The role spans policy servicing, account management, and claims, with an emphasis on creating connected, intuitive, and scalable experiences across a diverse portfolio of insurance products and businesses. Operating in an evolving product organization, the ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity and complexity. Strategies, priorities, and requirements will not always be clearly defined or handed to them. This individual must proactively identify opportunities, bring structure to uncertainty, challenge assumptions, and create the clarity and momentum needed to drive meaningful outcomes.
