Product Manager, Intelligence

Aon is looking for a strategic Product Manager, Intelligence to help build and develop a new Intelligence function. This role focuses on transforming information into improved decisions, enhanced experiences, and stronger business results. This is a virtual position based in the United States. You will function in a dynamic setting where plans, talents, and processes are still being established. The ideal candidate prospers amid ambiguity, acts independently, simplifies complexity, and converts emerging prospects into valuable business outcomes. You will be responsible for the product strategy and roadmap for Intelligence. You will identify where information, insights, and decision capabilities drive business value. Then, you will transform these opportunities into scalable products and features. You will collaborate with Product, Experience, business, analytics, and technology teams to advance Intelligence beyond standard reporting toward improved decisions and smarter, adaptive experiences. This is a product management role, not product ownership. You will identify the right problems to solve, set product strategy and direction, make prioritization and investment decisions, and own outcomes rather than just managing requirements or completing a predefined backlog.
