Organizational Change & Transformation Manager

The Organizational Change & Transformation Manager plays a meaningful role in enabling successful enterprise transformation by ensuring operating model changes are understood, adopted, and sustained. This role partners closely with Enterprise Transformation Planning & Execution Leads and Transformation Strategy Analysts to translate target-state designs into clear change, communication, and adoption strategies. The role applies structured change methodologies to assess impact, readiness, and resistance, and works with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive behavioral and capability shifts required to realize intended business outcomes.
