About the Role Aon is looking for an experienced Lead Technical Recruiter to direct end-to-end recruitment efforts for technology and digital talent spanning multiple business areas. This position involves working closely with business leaders to pinpoint, attract, assess, and select top-level technology professionals while ensuring an outstanding candidate and interested party experience. The successful candidate will function as a dependable talent consultant, exhibiting market awareness, sourcing proficiency, and data-backed insights to facilitate business development. In addition to addressing complex hiring demands, the individual will support recruiters, participate in recruitment strategy formulation, and encourage continuous progress within talent acquisition workflows. Aon is in the Business of Better Decisions What the Day Will Look Like Talent Acquisition Delivery Handle the entire recruitment process for technology and digital roles, beginning with requisition intake and concluding with offer acceptance. Lead hiring efforts across Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Cloud Technologies, Cybersecurity, Product Management, DevOps, Data Science, AI/ML, Business Analysis, and Quality Engineering. Build and implement proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage active and passive talent. Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future workforce needs. Achieve hiring results within the agreed timelines while upholding quality and inclusion goals.
