This role has the flexibility to be based in Fort Washington, PA with a hybrid schedule (preferred) or 100% remote. Your impact as a Customer Service Specialist I Job Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls via 800 lines with multi-product portfolio- Professional Liability products. Respond to customer communications via email and written correspondence. Maintain service, quality and timeliness standards. Interact with other departments on various projects including new programs, products and technology. Support knowledge management transfer within the department through training, quality and intranet projects. Evaluate individual customers’ needs and propose additional insurance products based on personal and business needs. Maintains customer records by updating account or policy information and reconcile client payments against the policy administration system. Required Experience: Possess an active Property & Casualty Producer license is required. Candidates will not be considered if they do not have a P&C license. 1-3 years experience in customer service/call center/sales and service supporting multiple insurance products and/or financial services products.
