Key Responsibilities: Edit high-quality short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) with a strong focus on viral-style editing (fast-paced cuts, hooks, captions, transitions, sound effects, etc.) Edit long-form podcast content into engaging full episodes and short highlight clips Create visually appealing edits that increase retention, engagement, and shareability Collaborate with the team to bring creative ideas and improve content performance Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience in editing viral short-form content (portfolio required) Strong understanding of current Instagram and TikTok trends, formats, and audien
