Procurement Support Specialist

Overview Procurement Support Specialist Job Summary: Reporting to the Director of Procurement, the Procurement Support Specialist is responsible for procuring supplies, equipment, and services needed by the company. This role manages the end-to-end procurement process to ensure necessary materials are available in a timely and cost-effective manner while maintaining quality standards. The ideal candidate will bring familiarity with medical aesthetic products and services, supporting the operations and support team in driving cost savings across a dermatology and aesthetic practice environment. This is a remote position, but to be considered, candidates must live in one of the following states: PA, MD, VA, NC, GA, TN or FL. Salary range: $50,000-65,000, depending upon experience Responsibilities Duties/Responsibilities: Source and purchase medical supplies, equipment, pharmaceuticals, aesthetic injectables, skincare products, and other necessary items Maintain working knowledge of aesthetic products and services, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, energy-based devices, and professional skincare lines Utilize and maintain expertise in the Procure to Pay system Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships with medical, pharmaceutical, and aesthetic vendors, negotiating favorable terms and pricing Address supplier and product-related issues, including delays, product recalls, cold-chain concerns, and quality issues Implement new procurement systems and processes P
