Area Operations Partner Northeast (m/f/d) - Remote in the Berlin/Hamburg/Hanover region

In coordination with the respective Area Operations Director, the Area Operations Partner Northeast supports the assigned locations in business, organizational, and administrative tasks within the region. The incumbent (m/f/d) will also take on targeted projects within individual locations or work cross-location when projects and topics require it. Depending on leadership experience, direct or prospective responsibility for individual locations within the region may also be assumed. Your responsibilities: You are the first point of contact for clinics and actively support them in day-to-day operations. You work closely with practice/clinic managers and directors to implement and comply with the standards of the global operations manual. You support clinics in achieving their balanced scorecard goals by analyzing performance data and identifying potential for improvement. You contribute to the implementation of clinic-level action plans developed by the Area Operations Director to optimize operations and service quality.
