Project Controller (PCO)

In this position: The project controller, in project monitoring and control, must assist their client's delivery teams in exercising their responsibilities regarding project management processes and in the tasks of planning, monitoring, organization, project control, and accountability reporting. Your responsibilities: Assist the client's delivery team in preparing various project management deliverables; Produce work planning and cost estimation together with the contract manager; Develop detailed project plans using project management software and monitor activities; Manage and track time and effort of resources assigned to projects; Produce various management documents provided for in the project management framework, change requests, follow-up items, pending items, deliverable management; Monitor schedule progress and costs, and produce accountability reports; Ensure management of the project documentary structure; Assist the client's delivery team during various committees; Support the creation of various presentations intended for senior authorities; Main deliverables: Project initiation sheet and project charter.
