Senior Agile Coach

About this position: An agile coach supports an organization, team, or individual in adopting or improving their agile practices. They provide coaching aimed at either transforming their target's project management or streamlining their use of agility. The senior team agile coach is recognized for supporting various teams in carrying out their mandates by promoting the use of agile practices. They must also participate in the agile implementation activities of the relevant organizations and ensure their proper functioning. They may be called upon to provide training, advisory support, and mentoring to key stakeholders. Requirements: Hold Canadian citizenship or a valid work permit; Be able to work in French (oral and written); Possess a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant professional experience in IT; Hold a PSM1 (Professional Scrum Master 1) or CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certification; Hold the Leading SAFe or SPC (SAFe Program Consultant) certification; Possess a minimum of six (6) years of experience in agility; Possess a minimum of three (3) years of experience as an agile coach; Possess a minimum of three (3) years of experience with the Azure DevOps tool.
