Consultant (Technology) (m/f/d)

The responsibilities of a Consultant (Technology) (m/f/d) are diverse and may include the following activities: Performing cyber security assessments, vulnerability analyses, and risk identification. Developing and implementing security strategies, reference architectures, guidelines, and standards. Setting up and maintaining ISMS (e.g., according to ISO 27001 / BSI standards) as well as managing security implementations. Designing secure cloud architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP) and integrating Zero Trust / Security-by-Design. Supporting cloud transformations, migrations, and modernization projects. Responding to security incidents, performing forensic analysis, and developing emergency response plans. What you bring: A degree (Bachelor/Master) in (Business) Informatics, IT Management, Cyber Security, or a comparable qualification completed with excellent grades. A talent for clear communication, particularly in translating technical facts for non-technical stakeholders. Enthusiasm for technical questions and challenges. High analytical skills and quick comprehension. Solution-oriented mindset. Enjoyment of teamwork. Willingness to travel. Fluent business-level written and spoken German and English skills. In addition, the following qualifications are a plus: Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or GCP, cloud architectures, and security concepts. Initial experience with ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz, NIST, NIS-2, GDPR.
