Onboarding Cloud Accountant (Remote, Canada)

THE POSITION The Onboarding Cloud Accountant owns the first chapter of the client journey at AMLB and is responsible for leading new clients through onboarding and setting them up for long-term success. You will work closely with clients to transform incomplete, disorganized, or inefficient accounting processes into scalable cloud-based systems and workflows. You will coordinate onboarding engagements, resolve historical accounting issues, implement best practices, and ensure a seamless transition into AMLB 's ongoing service model. As AMLB continues to grow, this role is expected to evolve into a specialized onboarding position focused on implementation, process improvement, and client transition excellence. This is a unique opportunity to help shape and build AMLB 's onboarding function from the ground up.
