Network Engineer (Virtual, US, 99999)

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Network Operations, the Network Engineer provides technical engineering and support with respect to corporate LAN, WAN, and Wireless functionality. In this role, you will partner with corporate representatives and business members to scope, design, implement and troubleshoot network solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with other corporate leaders to align network strategy, direction, and priorities to effectively support business requirements. The Network Engineer will establish and maintain industry leading service levels in the delivery of network services by fostering and driving a culture of quality, collaboration and innovation across the infrastructure team, the broader corporate organization and our vendor partners. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Network Engineering & Architecture Design and implement LAN, WAN, wireless, SD-WAN, and remote connectivity solutions. Develop architecture standards, roadmaps, and best practices. Evaluate emerging networking technologies. Operations & Support Provide Tier 3 network support and incident resolution. Manage network performance, availability, and capacity planning. Support root cause analysis for major incidents. Security & Compliance Partner with cybersecurity teams to maintain secure network architectures. Support segmentation, NAC, firewall integration, and compliance requirements.
