Job Details Job Summary: The Senior Director, Process Redesign Lead is accountable for defining and governing future‑state business processes across USPAH’s digital transformation initiatives. This role ensures that transformation efforts are grounded in simplified, standardized, and scalable ways of working that align to business strategy and operational realities. The Process Redesign Lead partners closely with business leaders, workstream leads, Program Leads, and enablement teams to translate strategic intent into executable process designs. This role also ensures that redesigned processes are clearly documented, validated, and ready for adoption prior to deployment.
