Collects client, shipment, and pricing information to support transportation planning and informed operational decisions. Documents transportation requirements, service details, and pricing-related issues to maintain accurate records and support resolution. Updates internal stakeholders and field-based sales personnel with transportation and account information to maintain continuity of service and decision-making. Tracks transportation requests, resource availability, and service schedules to support timely execution and visibility across activities. Records common issues and resolutions related to pricing, transportation planning, and service coordination to support operational consistency. Maintains communication flow across stakeholders to maintain alignment on transportation requirements, service commitments, and issue status.
