Job Details Summary: The AI & Automation Operational Engineer is a hands-on technical role responsible for designing, developing, deploying, supporting, and optimizing enterprise automation solutions. This role requires deep expertise in Automation Anywhere (mandatory), Python, and Power Apps, along with broader experience in RPA, AI-enabled workflows, intelligent document processing, APIs, workflow orchestration, and enterprise systems integration. The AI & Automation Operational Engineer-II will partner with Automation leadership, Architects, Business Analysts, Platform teams, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable automation solutions from design through production support. In addition to hands-on engineering, this position provides technical guidance, mentoring, and best practices to other developers, while driving continuous improvement, modernization, and practical adoption of emerging AI and automation capabilities.
