Job Description The Senior Manager, Franchise Recruiting & Engagement drives advisor engagement in home office and region initiatives by partnering with advisors and AFAs to integrate business planning, implementation, and follow-up support that promotes best-in-class organic growth. This role is critical in supporting the end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and development of Novice AFA talent, while also maintaining primary responsibility for career path management of key practice staff within the territory.
