The Prospect Development Manager is responsible for oversight and production of an evolving body of sophisticated and sensitive individual and foundation prospect research to support an assigned regional and/or enterprise philanthropy team. This position directly impacts whether Philanthropy revenue goals are achieved by providing current, curated donor insight to inform front-line fundraisers’ solicitation strategies. **This is a fully remote position, and candidates can be located anywhere in the U.S** ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Conducts thorough research on individuals and foundations utilizing internal constituent information and data from multiple external research tools; evaluates findings and forms recommendations that inform front-line fundraisers’ solicitation strategies. – 55% Provides strategy insights, monitors fundraising activity for process compliance and maintains strong partnerships with prospect development and assigned fundraising teams. – 10% Oversees a balanced portfolio across an assigned team and collaborates with Philanthropy Opera
