As Amenities Health ’s founding Concierge PCP, you’ll not only deliver comprehensive direct patient care, but also actively shape the evolution of our premium concierge practice from day one. What you’ll do: Deliver longitudinal, relationship-based care to a curated virtual panel (~1,000 members) — from preventive health and chronic conditions to complex care coordination, lifestyle medicine, root cause diagnosis, and advanced wellness. Collaborate daily with a multidisciplinary care team (coaches, RNs, coordinators) and leverage modern tools including AI-powered documentation and asynchronous care. Lead and contribute to the continued development of digital workflows, messaging norms, scheduling design, white-glove service protocols, and advanced clinical offerings. Serve as a clinical voice in shaping practice culture, communication standards, and patient engagement—in a nimble, highly-motivated startup where your ideas directly impact care delivery.
