Director, Global Commercial Planning and Forecasting

Alvotech is seeking an experienced Director of Global Commercial Planning & Forecasting to strengthen commercial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making across its global biosimilars portfolio. The successful candidate will play a central role in evaluating and integrating forecasts from global commercialization partners, supporting commercially and financially optimized supply allocation decisions, and developing forecasts and business cases for new business development opportunities. This position requires strong analytical capabilities, sound commercial judgment, and the ability to work across global markets, external partners, and internal commercial, supply chain, finance, and business development functions. The ideal candidate will bring 10–15 years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience, preferably within generics, biosimilars, specialty pharmaceuticals, or B2B pharmaceutical commercialization. Global Partner Forecasting & Commercial Planning Lead the consolidation, evaluation, and integration of forecasts received from commercialization partners across global markets and products. Independently assess and challenge partner forecasts using market intelligence, historical sales, competitive dynamics, pricing assumptions, market share, launch timing, and inventory trends.
