Vice President – Direct Originations Location: Remote Industry: Equipment Finance and Leasing Position Overview Altius Search Group is recruiting an experienced equipment finance originator on behalf of a well-established and growing equipment finance company. The Vice President – Direct Originations will be responsible for developing new equipment finance relationships directly with middle-market and larger commercial businesses. The successful candidate will identify capital equipment requirements, develop relationships with senior financial decision-makers, and structure financing solutions that support each client’s operational and strategic objectives. This is a true new-business-development role for an established originator who can independently build a pipeline, open new relationships, and manage opportunities from initial prospecting through credit approval, documentation, and funding. Primary Responsibilities Develop new equipment finance business directly with middle-market, large corporate, private equity-sponsored, and other commercial clients. Build and manage an active pipeline through targeted prospecting, referrals, existing industry relationships, and strategic business-development initiatives. Establish relationships with CFOs, treasurers, controllers, procurement leaders, operating executives, private equity sponsors, and other senior decision-makers.
