We are looking for a Junior Body Exterior Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality aspects of body exterior components for automotive applications, ensuring compliance with both customer specifications and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Implement actions to improve Cost Per Unit (CPU) and warranty expenses for Body Exterior systems. Track and analyze quality data to identify and address high-impact issues. Lead and monitor Total Value Management (TVM) actions for cost reduction and process improvement. Supervise validation testing for all cost-reduction initiatives related to Body Exterior systems. Ensure the correct execution of manufacturing processes for quality ideas applied to Body Exteriors. Monitor and report key metrics such as Cost Per Unit (CPU) and Repairs per 1000 units (R/1000). Validate that all quality improvement initiatives meet the standards
