Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting & Close: Owns the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, delivering accurate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in compliance with US GAAP. Technical Accounting: Researches and resolves complex accounting issues, including revenue recognition, intercompany transactions, and multi-entity consolidation. Team Leadership & Review: Supervises and mentors accounting staff, delegating work and reviewing reconciliations, AP/AR, and payroll to ensure quality and accuracy. Internal Controls & Audit: Establishes, monitors, and impro
