IT Instructional Designer

As part of its growth, Alphorm, an e-learning platform specialized in IT training, is looking for an Instructional Designer to strengthen its editorial team. The ideal candidate will have a background combining technical IT expertise and instructional skills to support trainers in the design and production of high-quality training courses for the platform. Our website: Requirements Analysis & Scoping: • Co-construct the course structure with the trainer (modules, sequences, timeline) Design / Scripting: Propose the pedagogical line (formats: videos, quizzes, exercises, interactions, self-assessment, etc.) • Validate scripts, texts, guidelines • Ensure consistency of titles, transitions, and progression • Provide pedagogical recommendations (andragogy, active learning, microlearning, etc.) Production: • Supervise video production • Control quality (content, image, sound, pedagogical consistency) • Upload videos or resources to the platform • Verify proper technical functionality (links, compatibility, mobile compatibility, rendering) Deployment & Delivery: • Manage the launch of the training course (communication, scheduling, coordination with the team) • Ensure learner support (support, feedback, bugs) • Collect tracking metrics.
