MSL Regional Field Director

Overview: The MSL Field Director for our TTR disease team will be responsible for leading, managing and supporting the US MSL East field team and will report to the Executive Director, US TTR Field Medical. The director will develop MSL medical strategies and tactical execution plans to engage scientific thought leaders and to develop partnerships with key scientific and medical organizations. This position will involve cultivating professional relationships as well as oversight of key MSL programs regionally and nationally. The strategic areas of focus include health-care decision maker education in preparation for launch, evidence generation including clinical trial recruitment and delivery of relevant scientific insights from the field. Key Responsibilities: Manage and develop MSLs within the region including hiring, field training, evaluation and motivation, in alignment with Alnylam’s corporate values, strategies and objectives. Provide strong leadership to motivate the team and achieve outstanding results that align with goals. Identifies, develops, and maintains effective professional relationships with critical external stakeholders including building a network of Therapeutic Area scientific experts in the US.
