Overview The Director, Medical Publications – TTR Franchise will lead the strategic development and execution of the global medical publication plan for Alnylam’s transthyretin amyloidosis (TTR) franchise. As a key member of the Medical Affairs organization, this individual will play a central role in driving the timely, accurate, and compliant dissemination of clinical and scientific data through peer-reviewed publications and presentations at global congresses. The Director will partner closely with cross-functional colleagues, including Medical Directors, Clinical Development, Biostatistics, Scientific Communications, Legal, and Commercial teams, to ensure publication activities are aligned with the broader medical and corporate strategy. This role will also lead publication governance, collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and external authors, and contribute to Alnylam’s scientific leadership in cardiology. The position requires a high level of scientific expertise, strategic acumen, and operational excellence.
