The role focuses on ensuring content accuracy, coherence, clarity, and alignment with predefined skill sets and EQF levels. This position does not require writing full courses from scratch. Instead, the reviewer will perform analytical review, micro-editing, and skill mapping validation to ensure high-quality learning materials. As a Instructional Designer you will: Review AI-generated course content (1–2 hours per course) for quality, clarity, and coherence Ensure correct alignment between Skill Sets, Learning Outcomes, EQF levels, and course modules Identify errors, inconsistencies, hallucinations, and conceptual gaps in the content Improve structure and flow through light micro-editing when necessary Validate that each course
