POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a motivated, experienced Corporate Recruiter with proven residential roofing recruiting experience, including successfully hiring commission-based Roofing Sales Representatives. The primary focus of this position will be sales recruiting, but you will also support hiring across Accounting, Office Administration, Production, Call Centers, Intake Coordination, Operations, Management, and occasional Commercial Roofing positions. The ideal candidate can independently manage the full recruiting process, develop job postings from scratch, and build strong relationships with all levels of leadership, including Sales Managers, General Managers, Managing Members, and executives.
