The Opportunity We’re seeking an experienced Clinical Recruiter to lead full-cycle, in-house recruitment for our growing network of Registered Dietitians (RDs) and serve as backup coverage across our other clinical specialties. You’ll own the RD hiring pipeline from first outreach to signed offer, and step in to support searches for other clinical specialties so the Clinical Talent team never has a coverage gap. You’ll ensure a white-glove candidate experience at every step. This is a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and we’re looking for someone with deep clinical recruitment experience who is resourceful, agile, and passionate about building a best-in-class clinical team. This is a full-time, W2 position that reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition. Location: Fully remote within the U.S.
