Quality Control Coordinator

All on the Field (AOTF) runs paid canvassing and ballot-access programs across multiple states. We are hiring a Quality Control Coordinator to review canvass data and flag quality concerns for follow-up. The Coordinator reviews a blinded canvass dataset throughout the day, documents findings using AOTF screening guide and review forms, and reports them to the Director of Field Operations at the end of each day. Responsibilities: Review a blinded canvass dataset throughout the day for quality and data-integrity concerns Write up findings, including trends and canvassers who may need QC follow-up Report findings to national field operations leadership at the end of each day Escalate suspected fraud to the Director of Field Operations immediately Other duties as the program requires Qualifications Comfortable working with large spreadsheets in Google Sheets or Excel: filtering, sorting, pivot tables, basic formulas Detail-oriented and able to stay focused on repetitive data review Clear, concise written communicator Campaign, field, or data-entry experience a plus Access to a computer and reliable internet Compensation & Details Pay: 22 per hour Remote position; candidates based in Georgia or North Carolina preferred Schedule: Weekday mornings start; hours set by program needs Term: Temporary position running through November 3, 2026 Applicants will be interviewed on a rolling basis AOTF is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color,
