Commissioning & Reliability Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: CxA Support & Coordination: Support coordination with third-party Commissioning Agents on assigned projects. Assist with review of scripts/deliverables, witness testing as needed, and help verify that results and evidence are accurate and complete. o Work with a third party commissioning agent on development, review, and implementation of project specific commissioning plans. The Built to Run Standard: Perform spot checks of field testing and documentation. Help ensure that passing a test requires adherence to the Sequence of Operations (SOO) and that test evidence supports the result. Quality Assurance analysis Support metrics and leading indicators of Critical and High issues during Level 4, RVT and Level 5 (IST) inspection checklists. Gating Authority: Support formal gating of systems between levels of commissioning by confirming prerequisites, documentation, and readiness. Escalate when quality of installation or documentation does not meet the Reliability Standard. Priority Tracking: Manage the master Commissioning Issue Log (Cx Log) for assigned projects. Categorize issues (Critical, High, Medium, Low) and drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for Level 4 and 5 Critical and High issues through verified closeout. Risk Mitigation: Collaborate with Site Operations to assess the impact of open defi
