Senior Legal Counsel

About the role We’re looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join our Legal team and take ownership of international gaming regulation, corporate and commercial matters. Reporting to the Head of Legal, you’ll act as a trusted adviser to senior management and cross-functional teams, balancing regulatory requirements with commercial objectives in a fast-growing, multi-jurisdictional environment. Responsibilities International Gaming Regulation Provide expert legal advice on gambling and iGaming regulation across multiple jurisdictions, with a focus on B2B gaming operations Assess regulatory requirements and legal risks linked to new market entry Manage gaming licensing applications, renewals and ongoing regulatory obligations Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on Alea ’s operations and strategy Liaise with gaming regulators, external legal advisers and relevant authorities Advise internal teams on the regulatory implications of commercial agreements, integrations and business initiatives Corporate & Commercial Support corporate governance, group structures, intercompany arrangements and international corporate matters Draft, review and negotiate complex B2B agreements with game providers, operators and strategic partners Support corporate transactions, entity incorporations, restructurings and other corporate projects Identify legal risks and provide commercially practical recommendations Coordinate with external counsel across jurisdictions Business Part
