REQUIREMENTS 4+ years of IT recruiting experience in Chile. At least upper-intermediate level of English (spoken and written). Experience closing senior-level candidates and negotiating offer terms. Deep understanding of the hiring process and features of the local IT talent market. Knowledge of compensation and benefits offerings among multi-national companies in Chile. Strong client focus with the ability to build effective sourcing strategies and trustful relationships, supporting them in executing ambitious growth plans. Knowledge of local platforms for sourcing IT specialists and experience using recruiting tools such as Applicant Tracking Systems.
