Role overview As Performance Marketing Manager – Paid Search , you will lead paid search across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, with ownership of strategy, investment and commercial results. You will use data to identify where we can grow, improve performance from ad click to purchase and make clear decisions about where to spend. Beyond paid search, you will drive the development and testing of additional paid acquisition channels, including native advertising and help scale those with strong commercial potential.
