As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible for: Identifying, supporting, and providing change management and OD efforts and consulting with relevant HR leaders as appropriate. Evolving and embedding talent strategies to enable diversity, inclusion and engagement Working with supporting COEs and peers, delivering and supporting outcomes of regular metrics including Quarterly people metrics. Collaborating with COE organizations and peer HRBPs to gather information, and ensure business compliance with HR programs.
