Role Overview As a Staff Backend Engineer in Shared Services, you establish technical standards and raise the excellence bar for the engineering team. You work with the engineering head to set technical direction for backend systems across Growth, Onboarding and Shared Experience. You solve the hardest problems that cut across teams, such as KYC reliability, partner integrations and the services behind portfolio and homepage, and you make the engineers around you stronger.
