This role plays a pivotal part in achieving this mission, collaborating closely with asset management and key internal stakeholders to ensure assets are properly executing ideal capital-market outcomes. This Sr. Associate role will be instrumental in leading disposition activity throughout the portfolio. The individual will need to have a deep understanding of the multifamily investment life cycle, combining expertise in both operational strategies and capital-market activity. The successful candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of market conditions and trends, operational value-add possibilities, valuations, and best practices for executing a successful disposition. What you will do: Oversee and coordinate the full scope of asset dispositions, including asset analysis, returns evaluation, broker selection, buyer discussions, Purchase and Sale Agreement negotiations, due diligence, and closing Review & opine on ongoing optimal asset strategies tied to maximizing investment returns Coordinate hold/sell analyses and formulate strategies accordingly Lead periodic portfolio valuations and scenario analyses updates Maintain and develop relationships with outside parties such as attorneys & brokers to leverage their expertise to execute on optimal disposition objectives.
