Lead AI Consultant

The AImera Group develops customized AI and machine learning solutions for companies with a real business impact. We are not looking for a pure developer role. We are looking for people who combine technical excellence with customer understanding and can take responsibility for projects from idea to productive solution. You will work directly with decision-makers, lead demanding AI projects, and actively shape the expansion of our boutique firm. Tasks: You lead AI and machine learning projects with our clients; translate business requirements into pragmatic technical solutions; take responsibility for architecture, delivery, and technical quality; work closely with customers; bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex projects; act as a technical sparring partner at eye level. Qualifications: Several years of experience in machine learning, data engineering, or AI-driven software development; very good Python skills and experience with modern ML frameworks; experience with production-ready ML systems, APIs, and deployment; confident demeanor in client projects and workshops; ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly; high personal responsibility and pragmatic working style; very good German language skills (C2).
