Zoho Developer – CRM & Automation Specialist

This is a remote position. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions across Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Zoho Flow . Build and optimize Deluge scripts to automate business processes and enhance data consistency. Integrate Zoho apps with third-party systems using APIs, webhooks, and custom functions . Customize Zoho CRM modules, layouts, and workflows to match business requirements. Develop dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights to stakeholders. Maintain documentation of system architecture, scripts, and integrations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho applications or automations. Collaborate with teams across departments to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. Requirements Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience (2+ years) as a Zoho Developer, Zoho Admin, or Zoho Consultant . Strong proficiency in Deluge scripting and Zoho’s custom function framework . In-depth knowledge of Zoho CRM , Zoho Creator , and Zoho Flow . Experience with Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, Zoho Analytics , or other Zoho One apps is a strong plus. Understanding of REST APIs , JSON/XML , and webhook architecture . Ability to translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions. Excellent analytical and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
