Enterprise PLC Project Manager

Job Description The Enterprise PLC Project Manager will lead complex, cross-functional projects focused on Product Lifecycle (PLC) process excellence, PLC-related system and process changes, and enterprise product development improvements. This role will partner closely with business, product development, quality, regulatory, operations, IT, and change management stakeholders to drive disciplined execution, improve stage-gate readiness, and support adoption of new ways of working across Agilent. The ideal candidate brings strong experience managing New Product Introduction / New Product Development (NPI/NPD) initiatives, understands product lifecycle governance, and has demonstrated success leading business process and change management projects in a global, matrixed environment. Key Responsibilities Lead enterprise PLC and PLC-related projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring clear scope, milestones, deliverables, risks, decisions, and success measures. Drive cross-functional planning and execution for projects impacting product development processes, phase-gate governance, templates, tools, metrics, training, and business readiness. Support NPI/NPD project excellence by strengthening project plans, stage-gate preparation, functional review readiness, risk management, and decision-quality documentation.
