Sales Engineer

Job Description 1. Responsible for the sales of consumable products to major accounts in the designated region; 2. Responsively address customer pre-sales and post-sales issues, promptly handle customer procurement needs, and coordinate with clients to resolve operational challenges; 3. Proactively understand customer requirements and market trends, actively develop business opportunities, promote and sell products and solutions, and achieve the sales targets set by the company; 4. Build long-term, positive cooperative relationships with clients, maintain client relations, and ensure customer loyalty. Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Food Science, or related fields; 2. Proficient in chromatographic science theory, with 3+ years of relevant product sales, application, and support experience; 3. Ability to independently manage accounts and execute plans, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and strong stress tolerance; 4. Able to adapt to a 50% travel schedule, with a clear willingness and goals for self-improvement, and strong self-learning capability. Additional Details This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
