About the Role

Agentplace is a platform for building AI agents that serve customers: they answer questions, book appointments, handle customer service, and deliver services online. Based in San Francisco, featured in VentureBeat, USA Today, and Fast Company. We’re looking for an AI Agent Builder to create AI agents for real businesses on Agentplace: understand each business, design the interface and AI workflows, connect integrations, test, and publish. This isn’t a classic developer role. It’s about product and UX thinking, design taste, and shipping working products fast through vibe coding and no-code. Freelancers and solo agencies welcome: keep your own clients and work with us on a contract basis. What you’ll do: dive into each client’s business and understand their customers; design the interface and user flows (UX/UI); build AI workflows: how the agent answers questions, helps choose a service, collects data, and drives users to booking or payment; connect integrations via API (calendar, payments, CRM, messengers); test, refine, and publish AI agents. Who you are: you combine product and UX thinking with vibe coding or no-code experience, a strong sense of design, and basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and API skills. You might be a Framer or Webflow developer, a product designer who codes, a no-code or automation builder (Zapier, Make, n8n), a vibe coder shipping with Cursor, Lovable, Bolt, or Replit, a freelancer who builds chatbots and websites for clients, or a junior solutions enginee
