Software Engineer II - CIAM

This role is a hands-on, mid-engineering position inside Information Security, contributing to core CIAM capabilities that protect customers and support growth. You will help build and maintain backend services that power registration, login, authorization, and account lifecycle flows across B2C and B2B experiences. You will work with experienced engineers and partner teams to deliver scoped identity features with strong security fundamentals, reliability, and operational rigor. What you’ll do Build and ship customer-facing authentication features—from smoother login experiences to MFA, step-up authentication, and device binding—with mentorship from experienced engineers. Develop backend services and APIs in Python or Kotlin, turning product requirements into working software that helps customers access their accounts securely. Work with modern identity technologies such as Okta, Auth0, and ForgeRock, writing custom code and integrations that connect identity capabilities to web, mobile, and partner applications. Take scoped features through the software development lifecycle: contribute to design, write readable code and automated tests, participate in code reviews, and deploy to production with support from the team.
