About the Role: As Senior Manager, Technical Recruiting, you’ll lead recruiting across EMEA, guiding a high-performing team that helps Affirm attract exceptional Engineering talent and scale internationally. Your work will strengthen our global hiring strategy and enable the teams advancing Affirm ’s mission. What You’ll Do: Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters by setting clear expectations, providing thoughtful feedback, and fostering a high-performing, inclusive team culture Own the recruiting strategy for EMEA, aligning regional hiring plans with business priorities and building the capabilities needed to support Affirm 's continued international growth Partner with Technical and cross-functional leaders to translate hiring plans into scalable hiring strategies across teams and geograph
