Work remotely from anywhere in Bulgaria OR in a hybrid mode in Sofia. Start Date: January 6, 2025 Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, rotational shifts (10:00 AM 7:00 PM or 1:00 PM 10:00 PM) Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, returns, and product information. Maintain an in-depth understanding of of the client's sportswear products and services to provide accurate assistance. Follow company protocols and guidelines for customer interactions and escalations. Document customer interactions and updates in the system accurately. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service. Stay updated on company policies, product launches, and promotional campaigns. Requirements: Fluency in German (B2 and higher, written and spoken) and English B2+ (written and spoken). Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
