French Customer Care for Global Retailer Remote (North of Portugal)

Are you a French speaker (C2 and higher) looking for a r emote customer service role in Portugal ? Join our team and support a globally renowned retailer while working from the comfort of your home! Your Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information. Handle complaints and provide effective solutions. Maintain accurate records of interactions. Requirements: Fluency in French (C1/C2) and good command of English (B2), both written and spoken Previous customer service experience is a plus. Ability to work rotational shifts, including weekends. Residency in Portugal (Coimbra or further north is obligatory, there is no relocation assistance for this role. Ability to travel to Braga for equipment collection.
