Assist users with reservations, account queries, and booking-related support in Croatian and English. Key Responsibilities: Provide accurate information and effective solutions via phone, chat, and email Ensure customer satisfaction and adhere to quality and performance metrics Collaborate with internal teams when necessary Requirements: - Fluent in spoken and written Croatian with upper-intermediate English, spoken and written EU citizenship or valid residence card with full market access Must reside in Greece or relocate prior to the start date Stable internet connection for remote work Willingness to work weekends occasionally Originally posted on Himalayas
