Location: Remote from Continental Portugal Contract: Full-time, 12-month renewable Start dates: several dates available through June and July About the Brand: Work for a world-renowned technology company that has set industry standards for user experience, innovation, and premium customer service. You will be part of a team supporting their online store users. Role Overview: As a Danish-speaking E-commerce Support Specialist , you'll assist customers throughout their online shopping journey solving problems, answering questions, and making their experience smooth and satisfying. Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries on orders, deliveries, returns, and payments. Securely handle sensitive data and follow internal escalation procedures. Communicate professionally through email, phone, and chat. Collaborate with carriers and internal departments. Requirements: C2-level Danish and fluent English (C1)- written and spoken levels Excellent attention to detail and communication skills. Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
